Design Awards
Organised by the Lighting Association for over 17 years,
the Student Lighting Design Awards is not just another
design competition, it allows participants to gain practical
knowledge about the lighting industry and use creative
skills to develop new lighting products. Supported by
some of the lighting industry's leading names the Awards
are your chance to break the mould and shine.
In addition to the £5,000 in prize money, the Student
Lighting Design Awards provide a real chance to forge
a career within the lighting industry, see your design
go into final production and sold by a national lighting
retailer throughout the UK.
All finalists also have the opportunity to exhibit during
the lighting industry's premier trade event - The Lighting
Show, NEC,which receives19,000 visitors from the contract
and domestic sectors.
